A slow and meditative flow with a strong focus on the breath and longer holds. This is Hatha yoga at its best.
Expect to work hard and build strength, stamina and willpower. Class includes mantra, mudra, pranayama and some elements of Yoga Psychology.

YOGA IN SE20
Thursdays 9:30 - 10:45

An uptempo alignment-based vinyasa set to music and suitable for beginners. This class is designed to give you a boost of energy, vitality and happiness for the day ahead.
This class is focused on asana and Yoga psychology and offers ancient prescriptions to modern day afflictions such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and emotional overwhelm.
This class is perfect for curious students wishing to find out more about the many tools yoga has to offer to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. The asana practice will cover the foundational asanas and gradually progress to more intermediate poses. Class concludes with a short meditation.

YOGA FOR BACK PAIN
Fridays 18:00 - 19:30

A therapeutic and restorative yoga class suitable for any lower back complaint.
The sequence will focus on a small number of poses, most suited to open, strenghten and lenghten the hip flexors and hamstrings and relieve lower back pain. Elements of correct posture and pranayama techniques feature in every class which concludes with a short meditation.

SUNDAY MORNING YOGA
Sundays 10:00 - 11:15

A community-based yoga practice suitable for both absolute beginners and more seasoned practitioners.
Children above 7 years of age are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult. Children and under 16 only pay half-price.
Class concludes with a short meditation.

SUNDAY MEDITATION
Sundays 12:15-13:00

45 minutes entirely devoted to meditation in a brand new and blissful venue in SE20.
Students will be offered different techniques in order to identify what resonates the most.
No two people are the same and I do not believe in the ‘one size fits all approach’.
These classes draw heavily on my Yoga Psychology training and offer practical tools to better deal with daily stressors and learn how to ‘navigate more skillfully the turbulent waters of life’.
